Upskill Your Teachers With TAP
School teachers can benefit from our Teacher Accelerated Program (TAP). We provide training and upskilling for teachers. This makes it easier for them to meet the Human Resource requirements for delivering our courses. Because Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) takes into account existing skills and knowledge, CnG can make things easier for you. With our TAP, teachers can identify the gaps in their skills and fast-track the required training. Connect ‘n’ Grow® recommends MRWED Training and Assessment (RTO: 30146) to offer MRWED’s Education Recognition Program (ERP).
Support for Students
At Connect ‘n’ Grow®, we put education first. Our staff is always at the beck and call of students, happy to answer any questions. We also provide them with school-based traineeship opportunities. CnG is dedicated to guiding students every step of the way. Our user-friendly Connect ‘n’ Grow® Hub is easy to use, furthering the efficiency of students. We are here to make learning fun for you.

Diversity in Education
We have always promoted diversity and inclusion. To support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students completing a program with us, our founders established Seed Foundation Australia in 2015. This not-for-profit has been fortunate to secure $2.5 million from the Ian Potter Foundation and the Tim Fairfax Family Foundation through until 2022. We don’t just support the education of Australia’s First People, we provide education directly. We recognize individual differences and believe that they enrich learning.
