Traineeship & Placement Opportunities
We go beyond simply providing a certificate at the end of the qualification. At Connect ‘n’ Grow, we go one step ahead and provide students the opportunity to get a school-based traineeship while completing a course with us. Most of our qualifications provide students with a minimum of 20 hours of work placement
Engagement with Universities
We connect our students to universities for exposure. In the past, Connect ‘n’ Grow partnered with Griffith University for the Hands Up Uni Experience Camp. This provided Indigenous students from across Northern Australia a chance to learn more about studying for a health career.
Solid Foundational Skills
Our aim is to make sure that students receive industry-standard foundational skills. In order to get ahead in their careers, students need to have their concepts absolutely clear. When we train our students, we give them our undivided attention.
Academic Points
The Connect ‘n’ Grow Qualification courses actually count as points towards the Senior Certificate of Education for students.
Industry Standard Trainers
Our trainers are passionate about education and are always at the beck and call of their students. We ensure that our trainers are up-to-date with the most recent updates in the Health and Community Service sector.
