With over 18 years’ experience in the Vocational Education and Training Industry (VET), Alana joined the team at Connect ‘n’ Grow in June 2022 to bring her wealth of knowledge and experience within the VET industry to work amongst highly skilled and motivated professionals at Connect ‘n’ Grow to lead the business into its next growth phase.
Alana is passionate about providing education pathways for students and opening up opportunity from a secondary school student starting out in their first career to an adult learner who is looking for a career change.
Implementing Workforce Development strategies is also a passion, working with Businesses on developing their people, train to retain and planning head for future workforce needs.
A mum of 3 children, I know how important education is and opening up opportunities for everyone, young or mature to continue to learn and grow.
