Specifically tailored for students in Year 10 to Year 12, our program offers an immersive and engaging experience during school holidays, providing an opportunity to learn about various aspects of Health in a fun and interactive way.
Flexible Study Options
Our School Holiday Programs are designed for students who are keen to undertake training to obtain the HLT23221 Certificate II in Health Support Services or the HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance however do not wish to drop a subject at school, or they’re currently completing additional VET in School training.
Therefore, our School Holiday Programs are flexible in nature and convenient option to gain valuable knowledge and skills without affecting their regular school curriculum. Our School Holiday Program consists of two intakes as follows:
HLT23221 Certificate II in Health Support Services: Semester 1 - April to July, 2025
HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance: Semester 2 - September
HLT23221 Certificate II in Health Support Services (School Holiday Program)
This qualification has been designed for senior high school students to gain an understanding of the Health Industry. The HLT23221 Certificate II in Health Support Services will provide students with a basic understanding of the skills reflecting the role of workers who provide support for the effective functioning of health services.
At this level workers complete tasks under supervision involving known routines and procedures or complete routine but variable tasks in collaboration with others in a team environment.
HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (School Holiday Program)
This qualification has been designed for senior high school students and reflects the role of a variety of workers who use a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge to provide assistance to health professional staff for the care of clients.
Within HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, elective units have been selected from Health, Community Service and Business Training Packages to be contextualised into a Secondary School environment. Students will gain a range of entry-level skills that will enhance their ability to gain employment within the health industry.

How Our School Holiday Program Works
Our School Holiday Program is designed to provide Secondary School students with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. It consists of online self-paced studies followed by interactive workshops during school holidays.
Online Self-Paced Studies
Through our program, students will have the opportunity to delve into topics such as conduct basic health checks, infection control, communication and working in teams. Students will undertake self-paced studies online using our online learning system before commencing interactive workshops over schools holidays.
Interactive Workshops
Our School Holiday Program provides a dynamic and supportive learning environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking. Students will have the chance to collaborate with their peers, build their confidence, and enhance their communication skills.
