Empowering Students to Connect, Grow, and Succeed

Welcome to Connect 'n' Grow, where we provide secondary school students with the opportunity to complete certificate courses in health and community services. Our industry-designed programs empower students to gain invaluable skills, knowledge, and nationally recognised qualifications while still in school.

A World Where Health Pathways Happen Through Quality Education

In 2012, Michael Gleadow and Dr. Naomi Gleadow founded Connect ‘n’ Grow to help Australia’s First People. With their education and health backgrounds, the couple decided to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

With the predicted shortage of healthcare professionals across Australia, Connect ‘n’ Grow is positioned to play a key role in building the next generation of healthcare workers. Therefore, Connect ‘n’ Grow has now expanded to mainstream schools, businesses, and individuals, giving every person who aspires to have a successful career in health and social service an opportunity.

We are a dedicated team working to bring quality health education to you. Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that aims to spearhead change. Our Qualifications, Skills, and Short Courses (NanoQuals®) are designed to increase your desirability as employees. At our core, however, we will always have a special place for those who really need our help.

As we keep growing with you, we hope to increase Australia’s health workforce substantially. Together, we can become torchbearers in the field of health and community services.

Our Values and our Mission for Healthcare Education in Australia

Our mission is to build a job-ready health and human services workforce that provides care to all. Through our programs, students gain invaluable skills, knowledge, and nationally recognised qualifications, setting them up for success in their future careers.

  • WE BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS. very decision we make is another step toward fortifying our relationships.

  • WE MAKE STUDENT-CENTRIC DECISIONS. We believe in placing the student’s best interests at the centre of our decision-making.

  • WE BELIEVE THAT PROGRESS STARTS WITH THE TRUTH. We constantly search for the truth before we act and respond. We want to understand the why in every case. Actions are much easier to embrace when you know the truth in every situation.

  • WE COLLABORATE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. We work in a team to make things happen. We recognise that collaborating to solve the most difficult situations is the best approach.
